License for Web Design Elements

1. Important Information
Carefully read the following terms and conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

2. License Agreement
DR Management grants subscribers a nonexclusive license to use the web templates, photos and graphics in accordance with these Terms of Use and Conditions (the "license") issued by DR Management.

3. Non-Exclusive License Agreement
The templates and images on the Web Design Elements CD ROMs are not for resale. Once a CD is purchased you are able to use the web templates and images for corporate or personal use. This includes the design of a website using the templates or promotional materials including the graphics.

4. Modifcations
Modifications to the web templates and images are allowed, you may not distribute the web templates after modifications, unless all images and objects are replaced and the template looks drastically different from the original templates.

5. Graphic Elements
All photographs and images are property of DR Management and may not be used in derivative works. Purchasing the Web Design Elements CDs do not grant a license to modify, resell, license or sub-license any of the images or graphics used on the CD in their present or modified forms under any circumstances.

6. Unauthorized Use
Web templates and images, modified or unmodified, may not be included on a CD, or any other redistribution material outside of those uses mentioned in this license, without prior written consent from DR Management. You may not include or bundle with other projects for resale. Any misuse or distribution of the templates or images will result in sever penalties. DR Management will pursue legal action for any losses resulting from misuse of content.

7. Assignability
Web Design Elements CDs may not be resold, sub-licensed, assigned or transfered to 3rd parties.

8. Ownership
Purchasing a Web Design Elements CD ROM does not constitute ownership, it merely constitutes a license to use the templates and images on the CD ROM. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership--modified or unmodified.

9. Liabilities
DR Management's templates and images are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. DR Management shall not be liable for any damages allegedly sustained from use of the web templates or images.

You agree that DR Management is not liable to any subscriber for any indirect, incidental, damages or loss of business, lost profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss.
